Add Animated GIFs to Your Word Documents

The Problem

Embedding an animated GIF into a Microsoft Word document often results in only the first frame of the GIF being displayed, not the animated sequence.

The Solution

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Open the Word document: Launch Microsoft Word and open the document you want to add the GIF to.
2. Insert the GIF: Navigate to the "Insert" tab and click "Pictures" to browse and select the desired GIF file.
3. Play the GIF: Once the GIF is inserted, right-click on it and select "Play" to view the animation.
4. Save the document: After confirming that the GIF is animated correctly, save the Word document to preserve the changes.

Additional Notes

Please note that animated GIFs may not play automatically in Microsoft Word. To ensure the animation is visible to others, consider using video or alternative image formats that are supported by Microsoft Word.
